OM Chanting
Resonate with the sound of the universe at our free community OM Chanting sessions.
After every Lunar Yoga class
OM Chanting
Resonate with OM, the universal sound of creation, the highest and purest vibration that exists. Forgotten over time, this ancient group healing technique was reintroduced by spiritual Masters Paramahamsa Vishwananda and Mahavatar Babaji to support the Earth in this time of need; and now shared by Claire Holloway following each of her Lunar Yoga classes at Ujjayi!
These free community sessions involve the group creating a continuous chant of OM. You are welcome to book the Lunar Yoga class prior, or just come afterwards for chanting (no bookings or payment required to chant) and Claire will come down the stairs to let you in the studio when class is finished.
